Welcome to ACR Systems Inc. (ACR) online store, store.acrdatasolutions.com (ONLINE). This site is provided as a service to you (CUSTOMER).

All ONLINE CUSTOMERS accept the following conditions:

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Order acceptance by ACR occurs at time of shipment. Order acceptance by the CUSTOMER is deemed accepted after clicking the Submit Order button ONLINE. ACR reserves the right to decline an order.

Large orders, products not normally stocked, and orders with backorders may not be refundable. If ACR deems a part of or the entire order non-refundable, ACR will provide the CUSTOMER an email offering the cancellation of the order without any fees as per the RETURN AND CANCELLATION policy.

PRICING

Prices posted represent ACR Manufacturer’s List Price at the time of publishing in the listed currency and are subject to change without notice.

ONLINE Shopping Cart (CART) items reflect the most recent price displayed on the item’s product detail page. Placing an item in the customers CART does not reserve the price shown at that time and the ORDER ACCEPTANCE policy still applies.

ACR cannot confirm the price of an item until the order is received. Due to currency volatility and data integrity, all prices are subject to change without notice. If there is a price discrepancy, ACR will notify the CUSTOMER of the change and the RETURN AND CANCELLATION policy comes into effect.

Prices and availability of back ordered products are not guaranteed and orders are subject to cancellation by either ACR or the CUSTOMER as per terms outlined in the INVENTORY policy. If applicable, duties, taxes are the responsibility of the CUSTOMER

PAYMENT

Orders placed ONLINE must be paid by the approved payment processor(s) displayed at checkout.

ACR is not responsible for fees and currency conversions applied by the payment processor.

ACR submits the invoice total as stated in the appropriate currency to the payment processor. Payment information is encrypted, secure, and stored as per ACR’s privacy policy

INVENTORY

Inventory levels are updated on a fixed schedule. ACR cannot guarantee inventory levels. As a result, ACR and the CUSTOMER reserve the right to cancel part of, or the entire order, if products are not available as per the RETURN AND CANCELLATION conditions.

WARRANTY ON OUR PRODUCTS - NB Warranties are voided if logger case has been cracked open.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless changed without notice by ACR. Shipping rates are automatically added during the checkout process. Shipments can be made to a physical street address only. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Rates are based on the value of an order:
$999 or less = $25
$1000 or more = Free
Additional shipping charges may apply on oversized orders.

If the product ordered is in-stock, ACR will make every attempt to ship the order within 24 hours of order acceptance by ACR. Even though the ONLINE store is always accessible, operational office hours of business are: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM PST Monday through Friday.

Shipping of products occurs Monday through Friday with the exception of USA and Canadian statutory holidays. Should an order be placed at one of these times, it will be shipped immediately upon regular business hours. If an order is placed outside of regular business hours, the product  will be shipped on the next regular business day, dependent on stock availability.

Partial orders may be shipped however the CUSTOMER is responsible to pay for the additional shipping charges.

Each individual shipment’s shipping charge is as per the standard shipping rates. ACR will send an order confirmation e-mail once a purchase is completed. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once the order is shipped.

RETURN AND CANCELLATION

CUSTOMER reserves the right to cancel the entire order without fees if product has not been shipped.

Cancellation must be made within 10 days of initial order (and the order must not have been shipped) otherwise appropriate restocking fees may be applied.

Items deemed non-refundable cannot be returned, whether shipped or still in ACR’s possession.

The RETURN AND CANCELLATION policies apply to ACR products deemed unsuitable for their intended purpose and are free from any defects.

They are returnable if:
1. A request is submitted within 30 days of delivery date.
2. The original packaging and materials are intact and in a resalable condition including, but not limited to, accessories, cables, manuals and warranty cards.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged for all products returned with the original packaging intact.

Before a refund is issued, all returned, unsealed products are tested for defects and/or damage.

Freight, taxes, duties, insurance and other related charges are not refundable.

RETURN PROCEDURE

Contact ACR Systems’ Customer Service Department via phone (800) 663-7845 or email customerservice@acrdatasolutions.com and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number before returning any product for any reason (warranty claim, calibration, refund).Refunds for direct purchases from ACR will only be taken into consideration or approval. All purchases made through a Reseller or Distribution channel must contact the original source of purchase.If the purchase was made directly through ACR, the CUSTOMER must be prepared with the following information:

  1. Contact Name
  2. Company name
  3. Address
  4. Phone number
  5. Email address
  6. Product Information -Serial Number (if applicable), model number, catalog number, original invoice or receipt (if it is a warranty claim or a refund request), and reason(s) for returning the merchandise.

Not providing this information will delay the RMA process.Once ACR receives and approves the RMA request, an RMA processing form will be emailed to the CUSTOMER.
