RMA Process Explainer

Do you need to send in your data logger for service or calibration? Please fill out this form with all the requested information and we’ll email you the required documentation to send your logger(s) in for service.

NOTE: We perform a free evaluation to determine the repairability of the logger(s).

• Warranty repairs – issues corrected to return the unit to complete operating condition.
• Out of Warranty repairs – Before the repairs are attempted, we will notify the customer. Charges may apply if the remedy is outside of expressed warranties or evidence of user-induced damage, water incursion, or corrosion.

NOTE: All Credit Card charges will incur a 3% processing fee.

You will be responsible for any Customs Duties, Taxes and fees applied to your shipment. Follow the shipping instructions in your RMA documents carefully to avoid being overcharged.
